Overview
KOREXAN (K-Catalyst-01C) is a compact, highly automated catalyst characterization platform designed for reliable evaluation of catalyst surface properties and catalytic behaviour. The system combines precision gas control, programmable high-temperature operation and high-sensitivity thermal conductivity detection for repeatable catalyst analysis.
It supports Pulse Chemisorption, TPR, TPO, TPD and TPSR measurements for determination of active sites, metal dispersion, active metallic surface area, crystallite size, acid/base sites and catalyst redox characteristics. With multiple gas inlets, internal mass-flow controllers, automated gas blending, direct loop-pressure measurement and advanced data-processing capabilities, the K-Catalyst-01C provides an integrated solution for laboratory and research applications.

- Optimized Furnace & Cooling – Reduced internal gas volume improves response and gas-volume calculations, while forced-air cooling reduces furnace temperature from 500°C to 50°C within 30 minutes.
