Triple Roll Mill

Overview
The Triple Roll Mill is a precision dispersion and grinding system for producing ultra-fine particle dispersions in viscous pastes, inks, coatings, adhesives, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food products. Three precisely gapped, counter-rotating rollers generate intense shear forces that break down agglomerates and achieve particle size reduction to below 5 µm in a single pass.
The adjustable roller gap and speed differential allow process optimization for different viscosities and fineness requirements, making this instrument indispensable for formulation development and small-batch production.
